1. Body - Comfort: 

This meditation begins the development of a meditation practice, grounding you into the sensation that gives you freedom and mental mobility to relax. Enjoy the instruction of this SATTVA Ananda meditation as it systematically triggers relaxation within your body and guides you into deeper understanding of how to recall comfort and relaxation in your day to day life.

*Practice for a minimum 7 days, or until you feel a meditative experience through the avenue of COMFORT.

2. Body - Heart:

This meditation is taking you into the deepening subtlety of a meditation practice by establishing an awareness of the rhythm which pulses through your body. Come enjoy as you connect to the step by step instruction which leads you deeper into the SATTVA Ananda practice and subtle strength of a meditative body.

*Practice for a minimum 7 days, or until you feel a meditative experience through the avenue of the HEART.

3. Body - Fluid:

Within this guided SATTVA Ananda meditation you will find a series of instruction that is taking you once again to the next level of subtlety of a meditative practice found within the body. This constitutes an awareness of the subtle movement of fluids in the body and the sensory pathways that you take as you develop your awareness, teaching you how to relate to the overall comfort and soothing rhythm of your pulsing heart.

*Practice for a minimum 7 days, or until you feel a meditative experience through the avenue of the FLUIDS.

4. Body - Warmth:

The practice of SATTVA Ananda meditation gives incredible sensations of warmth as you increase the subtlety and depth of your practice. Enjoy the direct instruction which is teaching you how to connect to the built in technology of the body which guides one to letting go of the day and softening into relaxation. 

*Practice for a minimum 7 days, or until you feel a meditative experience through the avenue of the WARMTH.


5. Body - Space:

Enjoy the profound spaciousness that comes with the SATTVA Ananda meditation practice. In this meditation you will find the guidance that you need to confidently establish a quality of space that you can take with you into the rest of your days and nights, enabling you to retain the comfort and relaxation of meditation.
